Where we deliver

We currently deliver to selected serviceable pin codes across our launch regions. If your pin code is not serviceable at checkout, we are not yet delivering to your area. We are expanding, so please check back.

Order processing and dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 7 business days of order confirmation. You will receive tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery time depends on your location and our courier partner, and typically takes a few additional business days. Tracking updates are shared over email and WhatsApp.

Courier partner

We ship through Shiprocket and its network of delivery partners. All orders are prepaid at launch.

Failed or delayed delivery

If a delivery fails because the address was incorrect or no one was available to receive it, we may need to reship the order, and additional charges may apply. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout.
