You can shop with us as a guest or by creating an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are misused or that breach these Terms.

Products

We sell packaged natural mineral water in aluminium cans. Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations in packaging or design may occur.

Prices and payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

• Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay or other payment partners. We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets as shown at checkout.

 

Orders

• When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed only when we accept it and send confirmation.

• We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing, delivery outside our serviceable areas, or suspected fraud. If we cancel a confirmed, paid order, we refund you in full.

• Prices and product details are entered manually and an item may occasionally be listed incorrectly. If we find an error in the price or details of an order you have placed, including after payment, we may cancel it and refund you in full, or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.

• Orders on this website are for personal use only and not for commercial resale. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to be for resale or bulk distribution. For wholesale and B2B purchases, please contact us directly.

 

Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping and Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We currently deliver to selected serviceable areas only.

 

Returns and refunds

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

 

Product use and safety

Our product is packaged drinking water for human consumption. Please check that the can and seal are intact before use, and store as indicated on the label. Do not consume from a damaged or leaking can.

 

Intellectual property

The UNBOTTLED name, logo, wordmark, label designs, photography, and all website content are the property of Stepwell Brands & Beverages Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

 

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

 

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thane, Maharashtra.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a right at any time, that is not a waiver of that right.
